Spring vacation with benefit and joy! As part of the “Education Can’t Wait” project, the children visited the “Kovalyvka” eco-park, where they were able to touch the local flora and fauna.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Caritas Poltava is concerned about the healthy psychological development of children, works and develops a range of services to support their mental well-being and harmonious development. From the beginning, the “Education Can’t Wait” project has been aimed at improving the psychosocial condition of students, parents\/guardians and teachers during the crisis in Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So recently, thanks to this project, IDP children visited one of the largest contact zoos in Ukraine – Kovalivka Ecopark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here, visitors were warmly greeted by lambs, goats, llamas and alpacas, which could be petted, hugged and fed. Many species of predators and domestic animals are represented in the ecopark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is impossible to pass by playful and friendly raccoons, raccoons, curious camels and funny piglets. Employees of the ecopark and teachers of Caritas Poltava, who conducted a tour of the territory, helped to get to know the animals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The children were filled with good impressions after the visit to the ecopark, shared their emotions with their parents and took photos as a souvenir. We hope that the received positivity will remain in their hearts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project is implemented with the support of Caritas Ukraine and UNICEF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
