As part of the project “Humanitarian protection of people affected by the war in Ukraine”, with the support of Caritas \u00d6sterreich and Nachbar in Not, facilitators visited communities and conducted group classes during which participants practiced techniques and methods of working with stress.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They discussed the issue of finding resources to stabilize the psycho-emotional state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everyone present shared their experience of helping themselves during this difficult time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A car will not run without fuel, a person will also not be able to work fully, be a good mother or father, if he does not worry about his psychological state, does not provide resources to the body in time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
