The implementation of the project made it possible to provide assistance to adults and children of IDPs, to improve their ability to provide for their basic gender-oriented needs by equipping the premises where they temporarily live due to the loss of their own housing and resettlement from the occupied territory. Vulnerable children and families received psychosocial support to overcome the stress and trauma caused by the war.
There are 244 centers of collective living in Poltava Oblast, in which thousands of displaced persons who left the occupied territories and have nowhere to return are now staying. Their resettlement or creation of proper conditions for collective living requires implementation of similar projects in other places.
