Mine safety

In wartime there is a need for special knowledge and skills even among the youngest generation. First of all, to ensure their own lives, they should be familiar with the rules for dealing with suspicious objects. For their part, educators and teachers of Caritas Poltava teach children the rules of mine safety.

Since the territory of Ukraine remains contaminated with mines, it is our duty to tell children about the threat of explosive devices and explain how to stay safe.

So, children learned about mine safety and precautions in a playful way. Thanks to active and coordinated work, they now know how to act when they see a foreign object.

We thank UNICEF for the provided methodical material for the implementation of the interactive lesson.

Together with the project “Education can’t wait!” to victory.
