More than 200 IDP children attended aqua aerobics classes

Thanks to Caritas Poltava, as part of the “Education in Emergency Situations” project, more than 200 IDP children attended classes in the swimming pool of the “Vitamin” fitness club in Poltava. The age categories from 5 to 17 years are considered the most vulnerable during the war and need more attention of socialization. Water activities help the formation of a stable positive psychological state of children.

At Caritas Poltava, registration is ongoing for a new course on rehabilitation and leisure for children aged 5-17, which includes:

  • acting skills
  • musical art with the basics of speech therapy
  • play therapy
  • fine arts

Заняття проходять два рази на тиждень, по березень включно!

Visiting the swimming pool is one of the types of psychological help. The class takes place not only with the participation of the trainers of the fitness club, but also with the active support of Valeriya Petko, the coordinator of the department for work with children.
